1) Recovery & Baseline Health

Scores vs your baseline if set; otherwise absolute ranges.
Compared to your HRV baseline.

2) Cardiorespiratory Fitness

≥75th = 10 pts; 25–74th = 7 pts; <25th = 4 pts.

3) Movement & Activity

≥8000 = 10 pts; 5000–7999 = 7 pts; <5000 = 4 pts.
≥150 mod or ≥75 vigorous = 10 pts.

4) Sleep & Recovery Quality

7–8 hrs = 10 pts; 6–6.9 = 7 pts; <6 = 4 pts.
15–25% = 10 pts; 10–14.9 = 7 pts; <10% = 4 pts.

5) Lifestyle, Stress & Body-Comp

Use Body Composition instead of Body Battery (optional)
If Body Fat % is provided, Lifestyle uses Stress + Body Fat; otherwise Stress + Body Battery.
<35 = 10 pts; 35–49 = 7 pts; ≥50 = 4 pts.
>40 = 10 pts; 25–40 = 7 pts; <25 = 4 pts.
